Privacy Policy

1. General Approach

Range Up is a mobile application provided by UZELABS YAZILIM ÇÖZÜMLERİ TİCARET VE SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. No account or sign-in is required, and normal use does not ask you to enter your name, email address, or phone number. If you choose to email support, we receive the message and email address you send.

2. Floor Plans Stored on Your Device

The floor plan you draw and the positions of your router and extenders are stored on your device; coverage simulations run on your device. The complete floor plan and coverage map are not sent to analytics services. The app does, however, attempt to send plan-start and template-selection events to analytics services, along with the floor count and plan dimensions when you complete a plan.

3. Technical Data Processed Automatically

The app and third-party services may process the following technical data:

  • Technical information such as device model, operating system version, and app version
  • Connection data such as IP address and approximate location
  • Advertising identifiers when permitted, and other app or device identifiers
  • In-app events, usage statistics, campaign attribution, and purchase events

This data may be processed for usage analytics, campaign measurement, and subscription operations.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

Range Up uses the following services:

  • Google Analytics for Firebase: To analyze app usage events and engagement
  • AppsFlyer: To measure app install attribution, campaigns, and in-app events
  • Meta App Events: To measure app events and ad conversions, subject to the iOS tracking permission
  • RevenueCat: To manage subscription offerings, purchases, restores, and entitlements

5. Measurement and Tracking Permission

On iOS, the app requests the system's tracking permission. If permission is denied, AppsFlyer is configured without the advertising identifier and the app's Meta event logging remains disabled. Google Analytics for Firebase and AppsFlyer continue to run; denying tracking permission does not disable all analytics. On Android, the app includes the advertising ID permission.

6. Purchases and Subscriptions

RevenueCat uses an anonymous app user ID it creates to manage offerings, subscription status, purchases, and restores. Payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. On iOS, the app also attempts to enable collection of Apple's AdServices attribution token by RevenueCat. If you choose to email support, your RevenueCat app user ID, app version, and device platform are included in the email draft.

7. International Data Transfers

The third-party service providers used by the app may process data on infrastructure located outside your country in accordance with their own data processing policies. As a result, some technical data may be transferred internationally when you use the app.
