Quickly Estimates (also called EMIN) is provided by Mehmet Uzel / UZELABS. The iOS App Store title is AI Cost Estimates 4 Contractor; the Android release is prepared for Google Play as Estimates: AI for Contractors. These terms apply to both versions when used. Last updated: 25 September 2026.

By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The app lets you create and edit estimates and other documents, then preview or share them as PDFs. AI-generated descriptions, quantities, prices, and taxes are preliminary. Review the document and any local requirements before relying on it or sending it to a customer. You decide when and where to share a PDF.

The app limits free document creation and offers optional Premium features. If a subscription is offered on your platform, its price, billing period, introductory terms, and renewal terms are shown before purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes payment. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the store where you bought it; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. The app has no shared sign-in across iOS and Android. A subscription purchased on one platform is not automatically linked to an installation on the other platform.

Documents and business details are stored on your device. AI generation, subscription checks, and the Android AI report feature use online services. Some features may be unavailable without a working internet connection or when a provider is unavailable. Keep your device secure and review the Privacy Policy for details about data sent to service providers and your choices.

The app's code, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property rights. Do not copy or modify the app or try to extract its source code except as applicable law permits.

We may update the app and these terms as the service, operating systems, or store requirements change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date.
