Terms of Service

By downloading or using Daily Studio you agree to these terms. The app is provided by UZELABS YAZILIM ÇÖZÜMLERİ TİCARET VE SANAYİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Daily Studio records vertical video, shows a teleprompter so you can read a script while recording, and draws platform safe-zone guides over the camera frame. Optionally, you can give the app's connector address to an AI assistant that speaks MCP, so the scripts it writes arrive directly in the teleprompter.

That connection is a convenience, never a requirement: you can always type or paste a script into the app yourself.

You may also connect your Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok accounts to Daily Studio. That is entirely optional; unless you connect an account, we have no access to any of your accounts.

The core of the app is free. The free tier limits recording length and the number of manually added scripts; both limits are stated inside the app.

• Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store and charged to your Apple Account.
• A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel from Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid period unless cancelled before it ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policy.

• You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
• You may not extract the source code, copy or modify the app, or create derivative versions of it.
• You may not disrupt the script-link service through automated or bulk requests; rate limiting is applied for this reason.
• You are responsible for complying with the image, audio and publicity laws that apply wherever you record.
• You are responsible for ensuring that anything you publish through the app complies with the community guidelines and terms of the platform you send it to, and for the consequences of publishing it — including a post being removed or an account being restricted.
• You may not use the publishing feature for spam, misleading content, automated bulk posting, or to work around a platform's rules. We may suspend your publishing access if we find it being used that way.

You own the videos you record and the scripts you write. We claim no ownership of your content, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models.

When you approve a video for publishing, you grant us only the limited right needed to carry out that publication: to receive the video, transmit it to the platform you chose, and hold it temporarily until the upload completes. That right ends when publishing completes and the video is deleted from our server. Recordings you don't publish never leave your device.

Scripts delivered by your AI assistant are held on our server only as ciphertext, for at most 30 days. Because the decryption key never reaches us, we cannot read that content.

Daily Studio interoperates with Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google) and other assistants that support MCP. Those are independent third parties with their own terms and pricing. Daily Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Likewise, the TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and X guides are framing aids only; we have no official relationship with those platforms.

When you use direct publishing, your content is delivered through the platforms' own APIs — Instagram and Facebook (Meta Platforms), YouTube (Google) and TikTok — and becomes subject to that platform's terms. The feature that uploads to YouTube uses YouTube API Services; by using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. These platforms may change their services or end our access at any time, in which case the corresponding publishing feature may stop working.

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will run without interruption or error on every device, and we are not liable for outcomes caused by camera hardware, the operating system, or third-party assistants.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including a missed shoot, lost content or lost revenue.

We may update these terms, change the app's features, or discontinue the service. Material changes are published on this page. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Istanbul have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
